In-store delegated payment, in practice Three short films.
Three short films, under two minutes each, showing how ButlerPay governs delegated payment in the boutique — from the governance framework, to client onboarding, to a completed sale.
I.In-store delegated payment for luxury retail
The overall framework: how a Maison authorises Client Advisors and Store Managers to charge VIP clients on their behalf, with explicit, bounded and auditable authority — without card details ever passing through the hands of staff.
II.Onboarding a VIP client at the boutique terminal
The Onboard phase: a Client Advisor initiates the onboarding of a VIP client on the boutique terminal, where the client accepts the conditions and registers their means of payment. No card details are handled by staff.
III.A sale charged on behalf of the client, with Livestore
The Operate phase: a Client Advisor completes a sale for a VIP client who is not in the boutique. The order is prepared in Livestore, and the charge is triggered from ButlerPay within the authority granted by the Maison.
